What are your service areas?

We are focused on servicing the Sunriver community, specifically SROA homes. If you are outside of this area, please contact us and we'll be glad to connect with you other trusted providers in your area.

How do you determine pricing for your services?

We have three pricing plans for standard homes/driveways (please contact us for a quote): 1.) Monthly service (October- March) save up to 20% and get priority snow removal. Additional fees may apply. 2.) On-demand service (as needed). Book online any time you need snow removal services. 3.) Scheduled Service (as needed). Arriving to Sunriver on a Friday at 5 pm for a weekend of skiing? Schedule the time you'll arrive and we'll be sure to have your driveway cleared by the time you arrive!

When will you service my address to clear snow?

If you're a monthly customer, we'll be out to clear your drive anytime we get 3" or more (based on the SROA snow stake). If you're not a monthly customer, but would like to get scheduled in with us, please fill out our request form. Once we've received the details of what you're looking for, we'll reach out to discuss next steps.

Why should I become a monthly customer?

As a standard monthly customer, you get priority service and discount pricing. We strive to clear all monthly customers as soon as possible, before on-demand requests. As a monthly customer, you'll pay $99 a month (Oct-Mar), paying and additional $50 for the first snow event of the month. You'll then receive a 20% discount for each additional driveway clearing service. Additional fees may apply for non-standard driveways, so please reach out to our team to quote your address.
