As a resident-owned and operated company, we proudly serve our Sunriver neighbors with reliable, professional snow care designed to keep your home accessible and give you peace of mind all winter. We clear driveways and walkways as outlined in your plan using professional equipment and safe operating practices. Our goal is to reduce snow buildup and maintain access; however, surfaces may still be slippery or have compact snow, and we do not apply ice melt or traction materials as part of our service. Because snow events and conditions vary, response times may differ and exact timing cannot be guaranteed, though contracted customers receive priority. To help us serve you safely and efficiently, please ensure service areas are clear of vehicles, bins, cords, decorations, and other obstacles, and mark any hazards. We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden items or pre-existing surface conditions, nor for slips and falls that occur on your property; you remain responsible for surface safety and any additional treatments you choose to apply. Seasonal plans are non-refundable once service begins, and service may be paused for non-payment or unsafe conditions. By using our service, you agree to these terms and release Sunriver Snow Service from liability except in cases of gross negligence.
